百匯公司股權劃轉公告

　　上海飛機制造有限公司擬將持有的上海百匯房地產開發有限公司33%的股權轉讓給上海航空工業（集團）有限公司。相關債權債務也一并轉移。請債權人自本公告刊登之日起30日內向本公司申報債權，特此公告。

　　Baihui Company Equity Transfer Announcement

　　Shanghai Aircraft Manufacturing Co.,Ltd intends to transfer 33% of its equity of Shanghai Baihui Real Estate Development Co.,Ltd to Shanghai Aviation Industry (Group)Co.,Ltd. Creditor’ rights and Debts will be also transferred. The creditors are requested to declare their creditor’s claims to the company within 30 days from the date of this announcement，and hereby announce.
